first book first class?

i'm writing my first book i'm hoping to get it ready for public review by march but I keep getting told I can't go on the computer so its due in april. the book is about a girl who likes music she moves to new york and meets a man he barly had any money. she has plenty of friends but she fears she can't keep them. can she keep her friends? will the guy be poor in the end? wait to find out.
